The machine is made by in-line structure , filling head quantity can be custom-made according to different production capacity such as 4/ 6/ 8 /12 nozzles.
This filling machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, large adjustment range and fast filling speed.
For peanut oil, walnut oil and other oils canned equipment preferred.
The measurement can be adjusted digitally on the human-machine interface, and the required measurement can be set to 1L-5L, which can be reached at the touch of the touch screen, and the measurement can be fine-tuned on a single head. The equipment is controlled by the patent system of single head single pump single frequency converter, which ensures the filling accuracy of 1‰. While ensuring the filling accuracy, the filling speed is increased by 20%-35%.
